Chen Wei
陈卫

Chen Wei graduated with a Ph.D. in demography from the Australian National University, and is a professor at the Center for Population and Development Studies, School of Sociology and Population Studies, Renmin University of China. His research interests include fertility, migration and ageing. At the Harvard-Yenching Institute, he will be conducting research on China’s low fertility and family policies from a comparative perspective.
