Li Feng is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Politics and Law, Chinese Academy of Governance. He received his B.A. (2011) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and Ph.D. (2017) in Political Science from Peking University. His research interests include citizens’ interest articulation, government responsiveness, and big data in social science. He recently published “Discursive strategy of opinion expression and government response in China: Text analysis based on online petitions” in Telematics and Informatics (with Meng Tianguang and Liu Yang). His research is also published in Chinese journals such as CASS Journal of Political Science, Chinese administrative management, and Journal of Tsinghua University (Philosophy and Social Sciences).
