Xiao Diwen

Diwen Xiao is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Government at Sun Yat-sen University, China. He obtained his B.A. in Public Administration from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and M.A. in Political Science from Sun Yat-sen University. His research interests include the politics of social welfare transformation, local governance and health care in China. During his stay at HYI, he will focus on the politics of local legislation in China and GONGO decision-making in China.
